At about 2:15 a.m. on August 7, 2021, an employee was troubleshooting an overheating issue on a 56-inch circular saw. The saw was turned off. The teeth of the still moving saw blade made contact with the employee's left index finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation. The employee was hospitalized.

On February 26, 2021, an employee was walking from the mill to the maintenance shop when a dislodged log fell from the re-edge deck onto the employee's foot. The employee sustained a crush injury to their left foot, resulting in two fractures.

On June 13, 2018, an employee was clearing debris away from the photoelectric eyes on a conveyor that housed a kicker that moved logs. The machine engaged when the debris was moved which caused the kicker to cycle. The employee's right foot was crushed by the kicker resulting in the partial surgical amputation of two toes.

On August 10, 2017, an employee was on a feed conveyor clearing material from an overhead conveyor when the employee's left ring and middle fingers contacted the chain and sprocket. The employee's fingers had to be surgically amputated. The overhead conveyor was unguarded at the time.
